LIVER-GALLBLADDER FLUSH

We will begin posting self-care procedures and are planning follow up special topics video presentations for further elaboration and membership interaction. The Liver-Gallbladder flush will work wonders, and should be implemented every 6-12 months along with weekly Coffee Enemas to offset the continuous biological assault that is now universal.

Supplies for flush:

1) 3 quarts organic Apple Juice,

2) 1 cup organic Olive Oil,

3) juice from 1 Lemon,

4) Phosfood Liquid

Procedure:

1) Drink 1 qt of Apple Juice + 90 drops Phosfood throughout each of 3 days;

2) wait a minimum of 3 hours after eating on the 3rd night, and drink 1 cup Olive Oil thoroughly mixed with the juice from 1 Lemon and drink the mixture quickly before the oil settles to the bottom;

3) immediately lie down on your right side for a full 30 minutes after which move about with normal activity prior to going to sleep for the night. It can take up to 8 hours for the flush to work.

4) Eliminate as normal in the AM, followed with a coffee enema.

Note:

A 3 day water or juice fast is optional, but any food intake during the 3 day process should focus on plant-based & fruit.
